Day 20 - Warsaw, Poland

Dziendobry z Warszawa, Polski!!!  Today we arrived in Warsaw, Poland.  This involved seven hours on a train which was really cramped and not at all air conditioned – which is rather unfortunate when it is 90 degrees and sunny outside and you are stuck in a small box with about 80 other people.  Then of course it started pouring 5 minutes before we got off the train and we had to walk to the hotel.  But after we arrived it was beautiful.  In our hotel (which thankfully is air conditioned) we were upgraded to executive suites.  This means were are on the 28th floor of the building – and have astounding views of the surrounding city (the hotel is the tallest building around).  It was also rather interesting when we went out for dinner.  The Polish zloty (pronounced zwell-teh) has an exchange rate of 1:4 with the Euro (~1:3 with US dollars) so everything seems really expensive but isn't.  It cost me 45 zloty for my burger, fries and drink but that's really only $15 which is actually pretty good.
